Heh, I recognized which issue this is referencing immediately. Your use of your Sally model continues to impress, and I believe this is the first time I've seen your Sonic model. While he's still close to his game appearance, there's this sly bit about his expression that evokes Yardley's artwork. The rendering is exceptional, with realistic backlighting and detailed texturing on the stone prison. For lack of including hair effects, which I understand are difficult to do in 3D, there's a subtle texture on Sally's hair that conveys the appropriate look. Even the blurring of the background shows an amazing attention to detail. It's submissions like this that make me wish my paltry 3D skills were as advanced as yours. I look forward to seeing what other covers you can accomplish in 3D. My top choices would be Sonic #47, SSS #2, Sonic #114 and Sonic #125 (although I doubt we'll see that one).
Thrice now that you have produced superb work, excellent work. Your artistic talent is more than worthy of being official SEGA artwork of the Archie Sonic series. It is like the actual comic cover was brought to life, especially with detail on their skin, the texture on the wall and the lighting in the scene. I really like you pay close attention to the little details that make all the difference on one's artwork. Your amazing artistic talents and skills are very professional. Your artwork will always make me jealous of your skills. I'm glad you make amazing Sonic artwork; keep up the great work and good luck to you in your future endeavors.
