This is the variant cover of the Sonic the Hedgehog #278! A weird curiosity, is that in fact the Eggman's model has eyes behind the glasses, I'll see if I post it on the Tumblr later, this if the ST's staff do not rip out my head off, and well, this would be bad, because I use it to eat, and blink.
